Uses | Acetylmethamine is an important intermediate for the synthesis of organophosphorus insecticide monocrotophos. It can also be used to prepare the drug analgin. This product is chlorinated to obtain α-chloroacetylmethamine, which can be used to produce the pesticide organophosphorus insecticide monocrotophos; it can also be used to make 1,3, 5-pyrazolone, and then to make analgin drugs. Used as a pesticide intermediate and also as a feed additive |
Production method | is obtained by the reaction of diketene and methylamine. The methylamine aqueous solution is put into a glass-lined reaction kettle, stirred and cooled at -5 ℃, diketene is added dropwise, the temperature is controlled at 0-2 ℃, the ratio of diketene to methylamine is 1:1, after dropping, methylamine is added to the pH of the reaction solution to 7-8, and stirring is continued for half an hour. Distillate under reduced pressure below 50°C to obtain acetylmethamine. The preparation method is prepared by the reaction of diketene and methylamine aqueous solution at low temperature. 40% methylamine is put into the enamel kettle, cooled to 0 ℃ under stirring, and then slowly added with newly steamed diketene (content above 95%) under cooling. The reaction exotherm, control the droplet acceleration, so that the reaction temperature does not exceed 20 ℃, about 3 hours to complete. After 30min of heat preservation, whether the conversion of diketene is complete is detected, and then the reaction is stopped to obtain acetylmethylamine with a content of about 65% and a yield of more than 96%. |
